How an install works

From survey to support, in five steps

  1. Site survey

We check the route from the pole or pedestal and agree where equipment goes.

  2. Run the fiber

The drop cable is placed aerial or underground and brought inside cleanly.

  3. Splice & test

We fusion-splice, then confirm optical power is within spec.

  4. ONT & router

The ONT is mounted and activated, and Wi‑Fi is set up and speed-tested.

  5. Ongoing support

Our support team and NOC keep watch and help if anything changes.
